They were ok
Guy at the desk lost my phone number so he couldn't get back in touch with me with updates. I had to keep calling. They can't look at call history? That was weird. 3% tacked on to credit card payments. Said everyone does it. BS. Nevertheless the replaced my tire per our agreement.
