Brought car in for state inspection
Everyone at this facility was kind and very helpful. I did not have a ride home after dropping off my car so they kindly drove me home. The inspection was done within a timely manner and I would definitely recommend their facility for state inspections or for tire replacement they have a great staff.

Manager was rude. Was over charged 30+% for service. Came to about $500 over all local shops.

sorry you fee lthis way  i gave you option for you go back to shop where originally done and so they can warranty work and not cost you anything you were also told of price ahead of work being performed not my fault you regretted your decision i even saved and offered you all old parts you refused as far as rude you were spoken to they way you spoke to us so if that was rude maybe you should look in the mirror respect is a 2 way street no one in my shop forced you to make a decision that was you on your own if youre unhappy with your decision making maybe have someone else make the decisions for you.also your words were we lost a customer remember those words because they always come back.

Maintenance
I went in for a oil change and to have my car looked over and , once they looked everything over, Mike the manager brought me out to the garage to show me the front tires , and they needed to be replaced. I really appreciate New England Tire Care, they take there time and make sure everything is up to standard.

Mike explains in detail what needs done and the price. I never feel they are “up selling “ me. He even found a rebate and passed the savings on to my bill.
