I have had my car serviced this past summer and was pleased with the service. However, I have tried to call the shop 5 times in the past 2 weeks to follow up...

They had my truck for two weeks and won't give a status on what needs to be done or anything. Poor service. I call but it just went to the answering machine.

The service was great as ever, and they are always accommodating and kind there. Audrey is wonderful! The servicemen are caring and go the extra mile.
