The professional and courteous care from Nelson was super! Kristie was a calming and reassuring voice during the whole process. The texts sent to my phone were awesome and kept me on track with when I would pick up and how the repairs were coming along. When I picked up, the staff was kind and respectful. Awesome experience for me during such a scary time.
From them coming to pick up my car (not drivable) to keeping me posted throughout the process, to sending a shuttle to get me when repairs were complete - a week ahead of when I was expecting it - everyone I dealt with was great. My car looks wonderful, you'd never know it was damaged.
