GREAT SERVICE
To me, a business that provides excellent customer service is the best and most important first impression. It tells me the employees (including the professional mechanics) are well respected and appreciated. And it shows in their work.
Scott, service manager, sounded very kind and professional on the phone when making an appointment. Even moreso in person. After meeting owner, Kevin and the mechanic working on my vehicle, I knew then, that I am in good hands.
In today’s rushed, take a number, and often times rude world of service - it is quite refreshing and comfortable in finding Neighborhood Auto to be an honest, respectful and reputable business!
