Prices are below average, service is too.

We tried using Neff’s for several minor repairs and diagnostics. I’m not sure if they were charging us for parts they never replaced or they just replaced the wrong parts. After four attempts on the same vehicle, they were unsuccessful in troubleshooting the correct module that needed replaced. Later I finally took it to a dealership that linked it to a poor simple box. I would definitely never go here again and would recommend you spend your time and resources elsewhere.

Neffs are top notch mechanics

Before I went to Neffs, my car had a terrible shake in the suspension system that led to a tire prematurely failing.

After they fixed it and they did, the shake, and pull are completely gone and I feel more safer now when heading down to Cairo as a EMT for the Cairo VFD Fire and Rescue from Friendly. Thank you Neffs and Staff!

Departure was not pleasant

I was unaware that a diagnosis was based on opinion only .again ripped off by yet another repair shop .and sarcasm isn't apriciated by a customer. You don't laugh while telling them that your car is going to blow up and then laugh again when you charge 150 for doing absolutely nothing but ruining a person's day .got everything except what we ask for !
