I predict that the new owner Jerry at the 49th St National Auto Service location will be very successful. They found and repaired some possibly dangerous brake problems with my 2015 Toyota Venza with experienced and knowledgeable mechanics who showed me problem areas, like the broken engine mount, and explained clearly what should be done. They also spotted brake rotors which were installed by the previous shop owner and redid the entire brake job quickly and under under the warranty at no cost to me. Part prices and service on an oil change as well as some other items found were fair and my wife’s questions patiently answered.
