ABOVE AND BEYOND
Took my 2011 528I BMW because there was smoke coming from engine. Normally I would have gone to my special BMW mechanic but AAA recommended this shop. So I called and spoke with Courtney to make sure staff mechanics were BMW certified. When I arrived Courtney greeted me at the counter with my name like she knew I was coming. That same evening she called with a price and said vehicle would be ready same day. When i didn't hear anything same day i assumed it would take longer? Next day she called and said "unfortunately there was some other issues which was missed initially" she continued to say "and also you need a battery?" I explained to her that my battery is under warranty and i would take care of it. Her resolution was to not charge me labor for the work that was missed and also contact Auto Zone on my behave to have battery replaced. I understand mistakes happen but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to rectify issue and satisfy customer.

First we want to thank you for your business we very much appreciate it. 
 
 Also did want to mention what your referring to "missed issues"   was the the valve cover repair on your car.   99% of the time replacing the gasket on the valve cover fixes the leak on a valve cover.   On a rare occasion valve covers do warp or distort and it is not our intention to jump immediately to selling the entire valve cover as they are very expensive and very rarely needed. Further we discovered the issue before the car left, we are very thorough in our work and discovered this before giving your vehicle back to you.    It is very common after a vehicle inspection and the repairs are performed to find hidden additional problems once you actually do the repairs or take it apart.   Think of it like surgery doctor says we have to go in and fix ...  Then once in something additional is found because it was impossible to see it or the x ray didn't show that... We did also mention the battery right from the start as you said it was under warranty and would get that handled. We ultimately were glad to do it for you at no additional cost.  The actual reason you new battery failed was, on euro cars and particularly BMW you must tell your computer system that the battery was replaced and it is not trying to keep an old battery charged up.  This is a common problem we see very often, most people just don't know about the proper process ...  We always make every effort to go above and beyond most repair shops. We have been here over 30 years and enjoy a good solid reputation because we always go above and beyond.

Service was good, friendly people, took longer than expected. Gave the feeling that it was thoughtful / well done / not overcharged
Much more trustworthy than the scams at Sun Toyota Service.

 Thank you for your business we do very much appreciate it!    The biggest differance between our facility and the dealer is that we are familiy owned and opperated...  We genuinly care about you, your car and the overall outcome of our service.  Most of all we care that you feel you obtained a good value for the time and money spent.   Do appologize for the delay or the time involved Napa Auto Parts was the actual cause of your delay regardless, sorry for the extra time involed.  It was an odd part number that we didnt stock and Napa was having problems in there delivery time.   Wewould appreciate the oppertunity to do your next service.  Just give us a call the day before and we will be sure to have the filter on hand so no delays will occur.

GMC Sierra fixed in and out same day!
They fixed my truck quickly! Coolant reservoir and hose sprung a major leak, causing overheat issue. All new coolant hoses and reservoir replaced, plus a quick oil change and fuel injection treatment has me up and running the same day… now that’s some awesome service thanks to Courtney, Harry and the team!

Excellent service. Saved me a lot of headache
The staff were phenomenal when doing a prepurchase inspection for a used Corvette. It looked great on the outside, but the staff were able to detect some major issues with the car that saved me countless headaches down the road. They were phenomenal to deal with and even did the inspection free of charge. Courtney at the front desk is amazing and I'm so grateful for their help!
