Above and BEYOND Auto Repair Shop Duty, by Sandra Black
I found this shop through my WARRANTY REPAIR INSURANCE WEBSITE. My engine light was on indicating my hybrid heating module was faulty. The repairman followed Protocol to flush the part for possible debris or rust blockage. This is work would not be paid by any warranty, but there wasn't any blockage.

When the warranty insurance ENDURANCE WARRANTY was told that the part was faulty because it wasn't blocked of rust and debris, the fraudulent scamming company told the repairman they couldn't cover my part due to rust, debris and blockage.

My repairman told me he argued over and over that he never said there was blockage or rust... AS YOU CAN SEE WITH WHAT I WROTE THAT HE TOLD ME.

So with the insurance company insisting blockage from rust and debris and the repairman insisting he was confused, wrong. The insurance man then LIED... The part isn't covered at all on my policy. This forced my repairman to acquiesce.

The repairman, I, and the insurance company was on the phone 3 way AND THEY CONTINUED TO SAY THIS OVER and over that flushing water through the part means it's blocked with rust and debris.

Nation AUTO could have easily sided with the insurance and continue with their people who paid private or with a cooperating warranty company, But they took much time explaining to me and then to the insurance company till we both gave up that they were scamming me. This is elder abuse.

I later decided to pay to fix my vehicle myself and sue those scammers.

So FOR FREE, because I was insured, they checked everything. That's normally 65 dollars that can be added for private pay. THEY CHARGED ME ZERO for checking out my car and I spent days fighting the scammers to pay.

I am extremely delighted that my car no longer has the engine light on with a new hybrid battery modulator installed. GREAT PROFESSIONAL REPAIRS AND CONSULTATION!!!
