We're sorry to hear that your experience with us fell short of expectations. From our initial discussions and as noted, we agreed to a repair completed with Subaru genuine parts and procedures. The nature of your repair had both body and suspension damage which can add up fairly quickly. Once we went through the damage assessment process with your insurance, they agreed to the bill without any issues and with no additional cost to you.
Regarding the damage to the rear end of your vehicle. When reviewing your vehicle at pick-up, you indicated the damages to your back bumper was not there at the time of the accident. Together we reviewed both the pictures from the tow truck at the scene and our check-in photos once dropped off. Both of those sets of photos had matching damage to the damage you stated was not there at the time of the accident. Out of good faith we agreed to handle this matter at cost and reached out to schedule the repairs without a response, we are still open to satisfying this agreement.
We cannot recommend National Auto Repair to anyone. They are neither honest nor accountable to their customers — and it is now clear to us why our insurance company does not work with them.
