Very dishonest

Hi don't he fooled by their act of sympathy. What they didn't know is imna master in body language and voice language disparit. Groing up with a severe hearing loss my whole life I have depended on these 6 senses. So in theblast 25 years I have learned what each car sound makes with something goes wrong I could tell you what it is just from going thru those experiences I have been a delivery driver for most of my life and had my fair share of maintenance work and problems with cars as they wear down over time with loss of driving . So I took my car in to have nate look at my back brakes since I dont know how to work with drums brakes. I was just starting to hear the warning tab for the brakes going off singling that they need to be changed it was a very light sound which means it just started. How ever I changed front break earlier in the day and rooters later in the day I went to break and my foot went to the floor when breaking so I thought I probably air in the line since it went metal to metal and when that happens air usually will get in the line. So mostly likely the issues was air and just needed to bleed the brakes to get the air out. But since I needed the back brakes done anyways drums which I dont know how to do ibwould have nate do the job. This is where the dishonesty comes into play they automatically suspected a bad master cylinder and that I need to replace everything thats also relaes to drum brakes they literally broke the drum brakes off too the point it could not be used again before given me a quote of how much it would cost. Not only that he said it would cost 1350.00 just to get the brakes too work so they can check the master cylinder and other parts too see if their more work to be done. I said for back drums replacement should not exceed 650.00 yet they said their was a leak and all this other problems I was so upset because a drum warning tab not gonna cause all those problems. So they literally broke the drums off upen up tye braking a system exposing air and arts to be contaminated with. Anyhow I said im not gonna pay 1350 just to see what else they can find wrong instead of really just fixing the drums. Lomg stroy short paid for a tow guy too take it out of their shop to another shop and the guys said who ever looked at the reans before caused so serious damage to the braking system most likely on purpose to create more money for the job. Anyhow the new place charges me 834.00 to fix everything and said it would have been 300 cheaper if nate hadn't damage them the nee guy also told me my master cylinder was perfectly fine amd no ther work needed to be dome they cleaned out the fluid systen free of charge where nate wanted 300 plus for that. When dealing with this mechanic they try their best too sell you on things to fix that really dont need to be worked on. Im advising you stay away because they truly try to take advantage of people who domt know cars. Plus the money they charge is way higher then another mechanic out their. I advise get a second quote from somewhere else before procee with nate i ca promise you will save a whole lot more if you do.
