Went to the dealership to get an oil change and Latonia approached me about upgrading my vehicle.I told her what I wanted to pay and she made that happen for me when I thought it wasn’t possible.I am now the owner of a 2025 GV70 Genesis truck and I just love everything about it.Latonia was polite,welcoming,and determined to get me the deal I wanted.I never felt pressured or anything and she assured me that the process would go smoothly since I didn’t have a lot of time due to me having to be at work at a certain time.Thank you so much to Latonia and the team at River Oaks Hyundai for putting me in my dream vehicle two times in a two year period.

I walked into three River Oaks Hyundai dealership, and there I was greeted by a friendly lady. She greeted me by first asking if I needed any help I informed her that I may be interested in buying a new vehicle but I just wanted to shop around for now, she said her name was Latonia. So I am seriously considering going back, and I will make sure that I ask for Latonia.

On Friday June 3,2022 my husband and I test drove a GMC Sierra 1500 and Jevon was our sales contact. Jevon answered every question we had about the vehicle and was very accommodating during our test drive. Minor Recall that was addressed with urgency.
Great service with reasonable pricing on repairs. More importantly is the Customer Service. Rating high as Erik Paulsen,
Service Advisor with Napleton's River Oaks Hyundai addressed a minor recall following an oil change. He was in constant communication with me personally from the time part arrived, scheduling service and answering all my questions. Was in and out following repairs and kindly staff. Very rare these days I must add. Great Team!
