Word of mouth is bigger and brighter than a billboard!
I bought my car there a year ago. As a result of my disappointing service, I now get my car serviced at another Hyundai Dealer. My spouse was so impressed by my Santa Fe, that she wanted one. But because of the troubles I had with Napleton, she went out of state to purchase her Santa Fe. A friend of ours was also impressed by the Santa Fe and decided to purchase one, and she did! However, because of the poor service I had, she too purchased at another dealership. This is two sales lost within months for this dealership, because of word of mouth. My neighbor sees how happy we are with Hyundai, and after looking at other makes of vehicles, he decides to buy a Hyundai, but again, because of poor service, he too bought at another dealership. Unfortunately, he had some troubles with his vehicle which was brand new, and he took it to Napleton to be diagnosed. They have had his vehicle for over two business days, and he was not offered a loaner. On top of this, he had to call several times to inquire about the status of his vehicle. They did not contact him. Hyundai has an awesome line of vehicles, it is unfortunate that this dealership has such poor customer service!
