We purchased during a difficult time for all dealerships owing to a hack on their back-end systems. Additionally, the dealership was in the process of repaving the entire parking lot making it more difficult to offer us a test drive. Glenview overcame these difficulties and we were completely satisfied, purchasing a new car from them. The staff was friendly and the facilities were tidy. They are in a good location that is very easy to locate.
Our salesman Radek was exceptional as is the whole staff here. Super friendly and knowledgeable of all the features and specs of the Ioniq line of electric cars. Smooth and easy process to buying my new car. Will buy from them again for my next car!

Test drive
I went to an appointment to test drive a specific car I was looking at about a week prior. I got there today and they got rid of the one car I went to see. It is a hour drive for me to get there and I told them it was quite a drive for me to come see it when setting up the appointment, I did not even get a courtesy call to say the car wasn’t there anymore, waste of my time. Their excuse was that they get rid of cars that don’t sell after 60 days, but if I set up an appointment days prior how can you not hold onto it?? I was also told pre-owned cars are hard to find, so keep them!! Especially when it could have sold, I was very excited to see the car and I am leaving with 100% disappointment. Very unreliable and I will not be returning.

Terrible!!! Manager was awful and mistreats everyone including his own employees
Worst experience ever! Lack of professionalism, communication, and I was treated poorly. The manager blamed everyone but himself including myself and his employees, they argued in front of me, lied to me about a car being available on their lot even after I confirmed multiple times before driving an hour out. This place is terrible soupy because of their manager who sits to the right of the entrance. He is an indecent human being mistreating people the way he does.

I'm a longtime Hyundai owner. I moved to the area during the pandemic and had to find a new dealer. I visited several in the area and the experiences were less than optimal, to say the least. Radek at Napleton was a game-changer. He was honest, direct, listened carefully to what I needed, and working with his sales manager helped me reach a deal that I felt was fair and honest.
