Took my new 2020 Santa Fe in less than 30 days after purchase because of a loose hose. Everyone was friendly and upon getting my car I realized that there was a crack in the windshield that wasn't there upon drop off. Because the appointment took almost 3 hours and I was running late to the next appointment I called the service team immediately. They reviewed the cameras and confirmed the crack was not there at drop off. Told me to email a picture of the crack and I did. Then they dropped off the face of the earth. Now I'm left with a $1k bill to replace the windshield. I will never purchase from this dealership or take my car to be serviced there again.
