I brought my car to Naples Auto and Truck because the engine was making a noise and my windshield pump was broken. Yes, they replaced the windshield pump. As for the engine noise? Long story short: my car is still making the noise, and I am out over $500. Wesley says now he doesn't want to fix my car. Wesley, it's time to call it a day. As others have pointed out, your premises are filthy, but what's worse is your customer service is non existent and your business practices are shady.
