Time and time and more time
Normally I give Naperville Automotive Solutions 5 stars as I have been coming here for years. This time ... two. I called and made an appointment for rotors and brakes. Mechanics began to work on my car about 1.5 hours or so, after the scheduled time. While I was waiting for the car repairs to even begin, I asked about some prices on some other things, giving them a copy of estimates from another repair shop. I was told since they were a bit busy/behind, I'd get the quotes before I left. When my repairs were finally done, LONG after the original time, I am paying and ready to go ... and ask about the prices for the repairs ... They forgot. So I had to wait some more to get the quotes. This was an abnormal experience. But I thought I should give honest feedback.
