Our check engine light came on, so we called around and found an appointment with My Mechanic. They charge a diagnostic fee, but when the car did not repeat the error that caused the check engine light to come on, a mechanic called and explained and suggested we drive it for awhile to see if there was an actual problem. They did not charge a fee, since they did not run the diagnostic. We really appreciate their prompt professional service, and their honesty!
