Mechanic, parts, service and lousy warranty.
The Latin phrase comes to mind: “caveat emptor” (buyer beware)

Quality (or lack thereof) of the mechanics expertise; my car and specific mechanical issue. POOR

Quality (or lack thereof) of materials used for repairs; in my experience, my car: POOR.

And when I had to have another repair shop 're-fix' the same problem , at an additional cost of $300.00 (on top of the $200 I had already paid My Mechanic to repair my car - at the new auto center they first showed me the "subpar" materials (aka: Non OEM quality) that My Mechanic Auto used; and/or didn't replace (in the first place). Again, "caveat emptor" (buyer beware)

Quality of the NAPA and/or My Mechanic Auto Warranty; in my experience: my unique situation (at the time) etc. POOR.

And after serval attempts (e-mails, phone chats etc.) over about a months time to have either NAPA and or My Mechanic honor all or part of their warranty; when all was said and done - and after NAPA kept saying it was up to My Mechanic and My Mechanic saying it was up to NAPA - nothing was done and when all the dust settled the owner (Bonnie) of My Mechanic told me, in writing (email), to just "chalk it up".

Again, just "CHALK IT UP" (I.E. just write off the safety/road hazard issues caused when the car broke down, the financial loss, and the major inconvenience including the cost of spending 1 night in a motel while repairs were being made my the new shop) etc. "JUST CHALK IT UP"1

And the 'kicker' was that for all the road safety/hazards (occurred during road, driving break-down) plus the extra money I spent (motel, food etc.) including the $125 in towing charges (when we/car was stranded) and the additional repair cost of $300 (for the same job)/ Bonnie (the owner) didn't even apologize and/ or offer me (e.g.) a token discount on my next vehicle service.

So remember Bonnie and her policy, immortal words and/or business (or lack thereof) acumen. Dear Customer/client; Just "Chalk It UP".

Friendly staffs
The place is very clean friendly staffs have banding machines inside the waiting area and massage chair you can relax for waiting , if to long you can’t bored and costly not expensive charges great mechanic .

Great service.
I wouldn’t take my car any other shop. The owner is delightful and the staff is extremely knowledgeable.

My preferred Mechanic Shop!!
My searched at several mechanic shops for a part to operate my locks. They all told me to check with the dealer. My Mechanic saved the day again. They found my part at a reasonable price. Thanks My Mechanic Shop!!!

Car diagnostic test and repairs
I was referred to My Mechanic by a couple friends here in Las Vegas. I did not have one since I moved here. I requested an appointment online, they responded quickly. Came in, they ran diagnostic test, gave me a breakdown of what was needed.

Bonnie, Shawn or Sean and Heather (I think was her name) were all very friendly and down to earth. All the customers were nice to.

They gave me an estimated time frame for repairs, I stayed there, they have TV, comfortable seating, massage chairs you can enjoy for a small fee, they offered coffee or water. I was prepared for a wait and took things to do and snacks to eat.

Rates for repairs are comparable to others, might be cheaper for some things. Decent warranty on parts to. I enjoyed and was happy with my first visit here. I think I will keep them as my local auto mechanic shop.

Good service
Drop my car off with a walk-in and was able to get it serviced in a timely manner. They were very pleasant and the price was reasonable.

easy and convenient
This is my regular mechanic. When I find a place that I trust I rarely stray, regardless of the many advertisements for other auto shops on the radio and television. I feel My Mechanic takes good care of my vehicle. I also enjoy how clean the waiting area is and how friendly the employees are. I will return the next time my vehicle needs to be serviced.

They are quick to yell rather than finding a solution/reason
Unfortunately they couldn’t guarantee that they could fix my car so I just paid the $100 for the inspection. Then when I went to get my car they tried charging me $300. When I expressed that was not the price agreed upon they employee began to say that I was losing and yelled at me. Instead of checking if they were looking at the right profile. Which it turned out they pulled up the wrong file. So after that ordeal my car wasn’t ready so I had to wait inside. The female manager then came up to “apologize “ but in her apology she still tried calling me out on lying. Stating oh you said you would call yesterday at 4 and saying that I didn’t. So it my fault the car isn’t ready I should be here yet. Which I said no I did call you at 4 and stated I would be here the next day to pick up vehicle. You could have said no sir we will call you when it’s ready for pick up. Also while I’m waiting another guest enters to check on vehicle. While waiting the owners big dog is walking around the lobby. And you can see and hear that the guest is visibly and audibly scared of the dog. Trying to shout for help to the owner to cal off the dog. Which the owner just say “ oh it’s just a puppy.” Like man your guest is scared put the dog away. Poor girl. Overall worst mechanic I have ever experienced. I don’t recommend coming here. I have no idea how this place has 4/5 stars.

I'm one to own up when there is a problem or mix up. I did appoigize for the confusion of the name with same vehicle. Both were to be picked up same day. Accidents happen. The lady scared of a puppy, I get.. hence I went and got her -the puppy.  Puppies are pretty innocent. Lol but again, I respect people's fears.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but we all have a choice to be understanding or not.

I am totally sold on My Mechanic
I called another shop for a part for my chev. They told me I had to go to the dealer. When I called My Mechanic, they said they could get it for me and at a reasonable price. I'm totally sold on My mechanic!! Thanks
