All staff members are knowledgeable, give you options and ramifications if work not done. They also prioritize what is needed if you are on a budget.
The mechanics are excellent, experienced that work well as a team. For mechanical needs not covered by my warranty this is the only place I would take my truck for repairs!
Brandon said they not only took care of the problem for him, but the ladies were so nice and the customer service was excellent. He is going back next week and he loves them so much that he doesn't want to do business anywhere else.
My mechanic is almost always available to take a look at my car or my husbands truck that day or the very next day. They do not try to get you to replace or repair things unless they are urgently needed.

I've used My Mechanic on Boulder Highway but have moved to Henderson, to my avail they have a shop here in Henderson, took it for routine oil & filter change they got me in & out right away, told them about a front end noise and turns out it's the strut mounts and struts are worn out, they gave me a great price quote which I will gladly pay for the quality parts that they use. Susan and Cathy are in the front end and are very knowledgeable they can talk shop all day long about cars so guy's don't be afraid to talk to them, they really know what's up. Take this from a retired Mercedes Benz Service Advisor. The owner Frank is awesome too, good job to all, I'll definitely return for the struts to be replaced.
I needed a new battery unexpectedly. I simply walked in, told them what I needed, and an hour later was on my merry way. At a reasonable price, too. Friendly, affordable, and fast. What’s not to love.
I went in to the shop to have my car inspected for an extended warranty. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I got the inspection done in less than an hour and they filed the paperwork and billed Repair Pal. I’m going back next weekend to have two filters replaced.
