Interesting Hyundai experience. We have driven Kia‘s for several years and since none were available we decided to look in to the Hyundai Santa Fe which is a sister car to the Sorrento. Friendly staff and they were making do with their current construction site limitations. The salesman was new and young but was trying hard to do a good job. Maybe trying too hard, And didn’t come across as genuine. That said, the experience was overall not bad under current circumstances when purchasing a vehicle is not good timing at the moment. I felt somewhat taken advantage of by the dealership but it probably isn’t much different than all dealerships at the time with limited inventory.
