Waste of time
I called today to ask if a vehicle listed was in stock. I spoke with someone by the name of Dennis, who told me that it was in stock. I asked him if the price was negotiable and he proceeded with the typical "we priced our cars competitively, bla, bla bla..." I said, that's not my question. I'm asking you if the price is negotiable because I don't want to drive there for nothing. He said come over and the manager would have the authority to negotiate the price, that he couldn't do that. My initial call was at 10:30 am and I told him I don't have time to waste and I specifically asked him after checking with his manager to confirm 1) car is available and 2) price is negotiable. "Dennis" never called me back. I called around 1pm and said my wife could be there around 2-2:15 but that she has to leave at 3pm for work and requested that the vehicle could be ready to be test driven. My wife shows up and guess what, the car wasn't ready becasue it was in their shop to be worked on, seast were filthy and "Dennis" is simply someone that's off site scheduling calls and has no idea what's going on at the dealership. They tried to offer my wife another car for $12k more because it was a "great deal" What a joke!
