We purchased a vehicle and the sales part of this experience was good!! Rob was so nice and professional! We were promised by Rob and Eric (Sales Manager) that they would fix a few dents. We were told to just schedule an appointment with the service department. Scheduled the repair and when we brought it in, they said they couldn’t do it that day! Rescheduled again and brought it in again! Was told that day they weren’t going to fix it! The GM was in an office with the door open, yelling about the fact they were going to lose money on this repair and that my husband was a fucking idiot!! Eric came to us with a line of bull and asked us to reschedule again!!!!!! Don’t trust them!!! Very unprofessional!!!!
