James said they really didn't do a lot, labor covered most of the problem and they put in a new battery, they adjusted the top. He figured they charged what other places charged, he was coming back in for more work, there was another part for his gas tank ordered. They were pretty good, pretty friendly, and he was pretty satisfied with them.
Larry said he has been going there for a long time, they have always treated him fair, never did anything wrong to him. If they find something wrong, they will tell him about it, and he has no complaints.
2nd service by Muncie Imports on my Jaguar XJL. It seems for unknown reasons Jaguar decided to make their coolant tubes out of sonic welded delrin plastic which lasts about 5 years. I had Muncie Imports replace the remaining lines.
As always, very pleased with the repair and the cost was reasonable for such a major R&R one could expect from vehicles these days. Very pleased with Jerry and the overall repair.
Our car started giving warnings about the battery, and a battery drain, two days before a 9-hour drive. On our latest visit, an AWD axel needed to be replaced as well as wheel bearings on different wheel. We left it overnight the night before the work was to be done. We received a call confirming what work was to be done at 8:15 AM the day of the appointment, and another call telling us the work was completed around 3:23 pm.
