We’re sorry you feel that way, but your review leaves out several important facts.
The original labor quote was for a standard radiator replacement, assuming the correct parts were provided. You chose to supply your own parts, and unfortunately they did not fit the vehicle correctly. Our technicians spent approximately two days modifying and fitting the aftermarket parts to complete the repair—work that was well beyond the scope of the original labor estimate.
Throughout the process, we made every effort to help you while keeping your costs as reasonable as possible. Although significantly more labor time was invested than originally anticipated, we ultimately charged you only $250, which was far less than the actual labor performed.
As for the unrelated issue you mentioned afterward, it was not caused by our repair and could not reasonably be repaired at our expense.
We stand behind our work and strive to treat every customer fairly. We encourage future customers to understand that supplying incorrect or ill-fitting aftermarket parts can significantly increase labor time and may require adjustments beyond the original estimate.
I appreciate you reaching out. Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with the experience.Michael and I had a clear agreement on $150 labor after I supplied the parts myself. When I picked up the car you quoted over $500 with no prior notice, no pictures, and no communication about the alleged extra work or coolant issue. I have recordings of our original agreement and the conversation afterward and he lies straight to my face several times.
