Quoted repair on washer for $424 came 2 weeks later to fix. Did not fix, was still doing same thing I orig called them about and I was still unable to wash clothes. We told tech we wanted a full refund. He said someone would call us to refund. They did not and after many messages to supervisor, Shawn, and owner Quentin Smith, they will not call us back. I had to spend another $730 and buy a new washer after paying this dishonest company $424 to not repair.
