don't really want to go into specifics but I would like to add to the warnings to not go into this dealership in Moreno valley. I have had some upsetting experiences at most Toyota dealerships but I really felt taken advantage of. Also had the warranty expense pushed over on me and despite calling several dealerships including this one I never got my refund checks on my trade in. a vehicle I didn't want or need was forced on me and put me in a bad should I say dangerous situation. management does not properly train their associates to respect their customers, know what proper communication is, and to make their visitors feel safe. it is a very chaotic environment there. no matter what statement you go in with to protect yourself such as you're only looking or are not ready to buy yet, its not respected. we missed our whole day we had full of appointments and our own schedule; kept being told it would only be another 10 minutes but it was a clown show, extended. if we ever trade in our car again it will not be with toyota. we've had enough. do not let any associates at this location look at your financial records. they ran several major hard credit checks and hit us with some very high numbers. if you are a single woman please bring a friend with you! also can understand why Toyota continues to send out notices on vehicles that a consumer no longer has. extremely disorganized. whoever pressured me it made me feel so lousy try to get me to hit a gong and I have a physical disability and cannot do something like that. very much unappreciated. please start correcting your errors, Toyota/Moss, train your associates to behave kindly in a way that doesn't drive away business and create problems, and stop compelling consumers to make impulsive regrettable decisions. who the hell can drive anymore nowadays with gas prices being so high? was told several lies and run around over the phone, not worth stopping in there
