Poor communication and customer servixe
I’ve used this shop many times. They have extremely slow turn around times, appointment times, poor communication on the status of your appointment and vehicle. I do not bring my truck here anymore. Awful customer service.

Excellent service
Morrison Automotive gives you excellent service.They are very courteous and polite.And most importantly the cost of repairs are very reasonable.

Great Service
We had a 15 passenger bus that went to Morrison for overheating issues. They were really good with communicating the issues with the vehicle. They made sure that they were given permission before they fixed anything.

Kiwis on the run - RV repairs
We met Kenny and his team when we were having ongoing vibration issues with our RV... We had new tyres fitted in Florida, on the advice this was surely the problem. Nope! Just 5 mins on the i-95 heading to Charleston, we knew there was something much bigger going on. As New Zealanders traveling the US, we live in our RV. Kenny agreed to meet us at his workshop, first thing Monday morning.

Yep, most likely the prop shaft! And so began a three day journey, where we got to know Kenny, Tammy and the rest of the team reallly well, whilst living in our prop shaft less vehicle, on the Morrison Automotive property... ? (Our invoice for security services is in the mail...)

Whilst frustrating at times, we cannot thank this team enough for the help and kindness. Whilst we have a Honda motorcycle to get around on, it just happened that South Carolina had the months rain in just a few days! Tammy kindly ferried us to Starbucks, took us shopping and gave us great tourist info! Brian was our mini tour guide!

Given our prop shaft had to be taken out, shipped to CSR 40 mins across town on TWO occasions, then refitted, Kenny was most accommodating.

We are most grateful to Kenny, Brian (who did most of the mechanical work on our RV) and the crew at Morrison Automotive.

Thank you. Our RV is now running sweetly... ?

F350
I have been taking my F350 to Morrison's now for almost 2 years tried taking it to a couple locations prior to, and would still have the same problem. follow up is outstanding! always get a call a few weeks later to make sure i'm not having any problems. i will only take my vehicles to Morrison Automotive.

Found problem that even the dealership overlooked, saving me from replacing a good automatic transmission.
They did a complete inspection of the car and found several small problems that together made a bigger problem.

They are fantastic. Even gave me suggestions for some items I need to replace in the very near future (without me asking) . I knew I needed them, but wanted to see if anyone noticed. Excellent customer service.

Brake noise.
Love the thoroughness and integrity of Morrison Automotive. They diagnosed and repaired my brake noise as quickly as possible as well as made sure the other systems were functioning properly.

Safer & More Comfortable on the Road!
Needed new tires, brakes and rotors for my Acadia. I do a lot of driving and use my SUV to transport my family. Morrison gave great advice and service and now my ride is not only more comfortable (great Cooper tires) but a whole lot safer, too! Another great job and much appreciated!
