Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest.
I've taken my 2006 truck here 4 times now. They are always clear about the repairs that it needs first. The last 2 times I brought my truck in, they actually found that I didn't need a part replaced, just some labor. As long as I live in Portland, I will take my truck here.
