Very disappointing experience. This company does not seem to follow state laws regarding towing practices. We were charged fees that were not legally justified per Code of Virginia 46.2-1209. The vehicle was stolen and per Virginia State Law, the vehicle should be relieved of the payment of any costs by towing operator provided that the owner removes the vehicle within 5 business days. I would advise others to research their legal rights and consider other options before calling this company. A stressful situation was made worse by the lack of courtesy.
