Best part of the process is they cleaned and detailed the inside of the car better than the company I pay $175 twice a year to detail the car and I didn't even know they were going to do that. They even folded my wife's jacket that was left in the back seat. A level of caring and customer satisfaction completely gone in today's work environment. The fact they pay someone to clean and detail cars by hand is probably the best thing I can say about the experience. Sure, the techs doing the work and the people in the office were great, courteous and fantastic at their job. But the above and beyond idea of giving the vehicle back cleaner than they got it means more than the paint being perfect (which it is). That crew is probably the most overlooked crew by customers, and they did the same fantastic service and job well done as the techs did on the car damage, same great job the office did scheduling, getting the rental squared away and getting us back into our vehicle.
