To many young people there that work at there on speed don’t have any pride in their job and don’t worry about customers
I was very disappointed with the service the last time I was in the bridge City Monica to get my tires balanced they pulled my truck in the shop and let it set I waited for 20 minutes and they never even touched it they I got up to look through the shop window to see if they even started and all the hands was in the shop sitting and joking around so I asked them to pull my truck out because I was tired of waiting for them to do nothing so and the young guy working the register at like it was no big deal that is pretty sad I been doing business with Monica brother for years. I had to go to discount tire in Port Arthur to get my service done. I was very disappointed with Monica brother this time other than that I been very pleased all the other times. I do not remember the date of service.
