Failed to diagnos
I had Mobile Mark come to my house because my car would not start. I had already taken the battery to Auto Zone, a place that sells batteries, and they said it was good. I told the tech I thought it was a bad starter. Your tech jumped the car and said it was the battery, I pressed saying I didn’t think so because it tested ok, and he said those stores don’t test correctly. He quoted over $400 for a new battery. I bought one for <$200. I drove to Best buy and had to get towed home-based on popping the clutch, the starter is bad. Now I’ll have to tow it again to a shop I can trust!😡

Thanks for the feedback Kirea, I'm so sorry we misdiagnosed or didn't fully diagnosed your vehicle. At the time when Ryan was running tests on your vehicle, the starter had passed all tests ran. Possibly a bad spot in the starter that just didn't show at that time?? I will have a credit on your file in our computer for the service call & diag when you need our services in the future.
