Hey Mr. Jones! Billy here. Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry it was cold in the waiting area. We've been having some really cold mornings lately and that cinder block building is a little hard to heat up early in the morning. I'll be sure to buy another heater this weekend to prevent this from happening again and make things more comfortable for our clients. I hope you have a great weekend!
