I had bought a part that another service place said we needed. Mitch’s did a full diagnostic and said that part actually was not needed. The labor to install that part was way more than the part itself. They could have taken the work but actually told me they didn’t want to try and replace a part that wasn’t needed. It would have been over $1,000 of labor but Mitch’s correctly turned down the revenue because it wasn’t needed. And they returned the part for me. Honest way to run a business. Will always trust them to do what is right and what is needed.
