Quality of the repair was great and turned around in less than a week. Only problem is that the gas tank issue was not resolved and I had to go back to dealership.

Slightly disappointed
The initial impression was quite positive. The follow thru with information during the process was lacking. The repair was 80% positive although a damaged panel was not replaced causing a fitment issue. Took the car back for repair of the misfitting panel. The damaged panel was still not replace, just adjusted (with a hammer), so the fitment issue remained. The service manager told me he has inspected the repair and that it was acceptable. The service manager and the owner were quite polite and courteous. However, the repair is not properly completed. The car is just over one year old and Mitchell repair center is Certified by the manufacturer as a repair center for our vehicle. The paint work and the bonding of the panels is wonderful, however the repair was incomplete.
I found them very professional and helpful. I was upset due to the fact that they were in the middle of the supply chain backlog- not their fault.
But they kept me updated on the progress they were making. I would recommend them anytime. The cleanest body shop I’ve ever seen.
That is very important, it shows a professional setting
I was met by a pleasant staff members who explained every detail of the estimate and the time to order the parts. I brought the car in and it was finished on time and was beautifully done and it was impossible to tell what had been repaired. It was brand new again. Thanks

Fantastic Work
The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The work provided to my car was top notch. The estimate was more than reasonable by over $1000 to my other one. I was kept informed and work was completed as promised. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.
