Roadtrip
We were on a 2000 mile road trip when our Santa Fe check engine light suddenly appeared. Unsure of continuing we got off Interstate 90 and went into Missoula. The service department was great! Directed us to a near by Doggie Park for some much needed run around time for our pup as they checked out the vehicle. Turns out the issue was not serious and we were assured the trip to visit family was safe to continue. Thankful for the entire staff that welcomed us warmly and their professionalism is top-notch.

Very knowledgeable and courteous! I feel like I can call them anytime if I have a question and they will gladly help me! Kayla was always pleasant and helpful on the phone. Customer service is so important and rare now-a-days, I would highly recommend this business anytime for great customer service! Thank you! I am now the proud happy owner of a 2023 Hyundi Kona SUV AWD.

Charge for everything fix for problems expensive
To fix a flat tire I was told to buy 4 new ones ... car has 15000 miles on it.

I apologize that you didn't have an outstanding experience with us. I reviewed your last service visit; it looks like we checked your tire and found that it had a nonrepairable puncture. The thread wear on the tires were more then 3/32 compared to a new tire, being all-wheel-drive we can't replace just one, we have to replace all 4 to prevent damage to the vehicles drivetrain and guarantee that the vehicle safety systems work as designed. The warranty on the tires is separate from the vehicle warranty, the warranty on the Hankook tires does not cover replacing all four. From what I can see we gave you the best possible course of action.

These guys rock!!!
My car that I bought new from them had to check engine light come on at 4000 miles for the second time. I took it in without an appointment and they made it a priority to fix. I got a loaner car and they took care of everything. The problem was a factory default and they didn't charge me a penny. I am very grateful for the customer service that I received.

Great Customer Service
Every time we've interacted with Missoula Hyundai-Nissan it's been a positive experience. We'd definitely do business with them again. Although we didn't know a bunch about the Hyundai product, we've been very happy with our Kona, as well as the aftermarket work that the dealership performed on it prior to delivery. The service department was great, exceptionally timely and professional.

I give my highest ratings to Michael Boyd, Service Advisor, and Rick, Service Manager, because they are friendly, listen, and when I have mechanical problems, they take the time to explain what is happening and what my options are. I have them totally service my mechanical needs from tires to engine work.
