Christina said that overall, the work they performed went smoothly, overall it was a positive experience. She said she was in a jam and had vehicle trouble. She said she only had a few issues with the credit card fee and on the warranty for the work performed, the credit card fee was unexpected. She added that she paid $1,100 and was not aware of the credit card fee. She said they were able to install some parts that she brought in, so that was good, but that they were not able to get to other parts of the vehicle because of time limitations. She said the warranty was only 6 months, and if she had to have the vehicle worked on, she would have to drive all the way back to Los Angeles. She stated that she had to make decisions in a limited amount of time. She said that if she had more time, she would have taken it somewhere else, she had to make a decision too quickly. She would recommend the business if someone is in a jam. She said that all in all all, they did exactly what the job required. She mentioned that the business was not budget friendly.
