They told me that they were totally booked up...to "bring the car in early
tomorrow".
I brought the car in the next day a little after eight o'clock. They were already full and booked for inspections. The very nice lady at the desk made a few suggestions for tomorrow. I went home. But several hours later, she called and told me they had cleared a lot of the work and if I could bring my car in around one o'clock they could do my inspection. I never had a car shop do this!
While waiting, while they worked on my car, I watched their interaction with other customers...not only efficient but very nice.
They seem to treat customers, not only as customers, but also as people they care about.
