I bought a 2016 Equus (now the Genisis G90) from this dealership. I love the car but trying to get service is one problem after another. It is supposed to be pick up and delivery with a loaner but I can barely get them on the phone or respond to email. I have been trying to get my windshield repaired (fully insured) and get routine service and inspection. I received a flyer today that says they are 4.3/5 stars on this site but when I posted this, the site said I was the first.
