I purchased this car used and the brakes were always an issue. I just thought it was something I'd have to deal with on the car as I had taken it into another location previously and they didn't mention anything about the brakes needing any work. When I got my car back after work it was like a night and day experience. I've had the car for about 2 years and the brakes have always sort of scared me. They were very bouncy and felt unsafe, but another location told me there were no issues, that's just how they were. The brakes feel brand new and I no longer feel unsafe having to drive on the highway not knowing if the brakes were going to give out or not.
Truly a great experience and I will be bringing the car back in before winter hits to have them just do a check on it to see what else they recommend I should have done. When I first got the vehicle it kept just dying on me as I was driving. I took it in to Militos and they thought they had fixed the issue, but it started happening again after a week. I took the car back in and they read through the manual and had an idea of what might be going wrong, they fixed that free of charge and the car has never had those issues again.
A wonderful experience and I recommend Militos to everyone I know in Chicago.
