I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and diagnostic test.
I was told it would be ready in an hour. 5 hours later I was able to pick it up.
But, I appreciate they took their time to carefully look it over.
They’ve always taken care of us and I would recommend this company.
Only wish would be for Saturday hours.

I thought the cost of service was too high. But I understand vehicles built these days are not easy to repair. Maybe by design. I usually go to my brothers shop but it's not local and he gets busy. Then there's breakdowns that require a tow dispite my efforts to preventative maintenance. I go to your shop because it's close to home. I do have my ASE certified brother look over repairs and repair bills when I go elsewhere and we will be in touch. Will determine then if I'd recommend your shop.

Very disappointed

I brought my Prius in today for a semi synthetic oil change. I had received a coupon in the mail, but forgot it at home. Because of that I was not given the $15 discount. Instead I was charged full price. I have a history with you, I was a good customer, but no more. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Mike, you asked me to write a letter to you detailing anti Semetic remarks by one of your employees. I did so. You think you cut a guy a break? Apparently not.

Jim I am sorry to hear about the coupon issue during your visit. I know we Just started our new employee up front it was his second day on the job and was likey just following policy. (Must Present Coupon To Receive Discount). He did not have knowledge of our previous situation with a former employee and has not got up to speed with all of our previous clients as of yet. Simple oil change, but will go there for all my auto needs.

I was greeted promptly, they took my car in. They explained the check points they would do in addition to just changing the oil. And they were done quickly. It is a nice building, nice waiting room. It is a top of the line place, I will use them anytime I have to have my car serviced.

Repairs done correctly

I was pleased at the diagnostics done by Mike's garage and quality repairs. I always appreciate a good assessment of issues with my vehicle(s) and an honest appraisal brought to my attention as to the risk/benefits of prompt repair versus waiting for awhile to do a repair. The van runs much quieter and all the fault codes have been resolved to my satisfaction.

Slight oversight

I specifically asked for my tire pressure to be checked with my oil change because a sensor is broken and the light was on.

When i left the light was still on.
I had to fill the tires myself.

When I originally asked how long I would be waiting he said 20 minutes unless I wanted a full inspection. I said “No, I just needed the tires checked” his response was that happened with every oil change. I guess not.
