First time trying and will be back!
So many things to appreciate. I think we can all agree there are good, honest mechanics and there are evil mechanics. The problem is that both good and evil mechanics will recommend additional things to be done. A good one is only mentioning something extra because they’re looking out for you. An evil mechanic will mention extra things solely to take as much money from you as possible.
I’ve only tried Mike’s once so far but I believe he’s a good, honest guy and won’t hesitate going back again.

Oil change on my "old" truck
I went to Mike's for an oil change for my 2005 Dodge Dakota based on the recommendation from my wife because of the reviews she saw on line. I have to admit...SHE WAS RIGHT! I called on Monday, and was able to get an appointment the next day. As soon as I walked in Amy made me feel welcome, and after meeting Mike, I knew that I was in the right place. Mike said it would be about 30 minutes, and he was dead on. When he finished the work, he brought me out to the garage to explain what he did, and to point out a minor problem with my radiator, but assured me it was nothing major, just something to keep an eye on. It was so refreshing not to hear a mechanic pressure me into a repair that I didn't need. I will go back for any repair that I need, and STRONGLY urge anyone that needs work done on their car to go to Mike's. You won't be disappointed!

Wheels on trick go round and round
I had a serpentine belt snap off due to bad water pump. The result was me hitting curb hard. Mile fixed me up!! Warranties and new wheel stuff!! I'm "On the road again!" Thanls for everything! You and Amy are still my guys!!! Btw, I'm the better half of the Man!! It's my truck!!!

Repaired my vehicle quickly and took time to discuss my options and the costs.
My vehicle broke down and I needed to have it towed somewhere for repair. I called Mike’s Expert Auto Repair and they agreed to let me have it towed there for diagnosis. After determining the problem, Mike took the time to explain my options and gave his opinion about repairing two other problems that existed with my very old, high mileage vehicle…which I decided to do. Saved me from having to buy a new vehicle, and I’m very satisfied with how quickly he completed the repairs.

Trust this team completely
For any woman out there not sure if she's getting the real deal, this couple is in the business of customer care. I brought my vehicle in for routine oil change and a flat, and left with more helpful information about tire pressure, battery maintenance than I could have asked for.
