Wheels on trick go round and round
I had a serpentine belt snap off due to bad water pump. The result was me hitting curb hard. Mile fixed me up!! Warranties and new wheel stuff!! I'm "On the road again!" Thanls for everything! You and Amy are still my guys!!! Btw, I'm the better half of the Man!! It's my truck!!!

Repaired my vehicle quickly and took time to discuss my options and the costs.
My vehicle broke down and I needed to have it towed somewhere for repair. I called Mike’s Expert Auto Repair and they agreed to let me have it towed there for diagnosis. After determining the problem, Mike took the time to explain my options and gave his opinion about repairing two other problems that existed with my very old, high mileage vehicle…which I decided to do. Saved me from having to buy a new vehicle, and I’m very satisfied with how quickly he completed the repairs.

Trust this team completely
For any woman out there not sure if she's getting the real deal, this couple is in the business of customer care. I brought my vehicle in for routine oil change and a flat, and left with more helpful information about tire pressure, battery maintenance than I could have asked for.

I'm just happy to find a mechanic who seems honest
I think I've finally found a mechanic who will be honest with me and is open to my suggestions. I do a lot of researching on the internet about my car which apparently offends some mechanics especially coming from a woman. Mike and Amy are not like that. I have an issue with my power windows that I've taken to several people and we just can't fight out what it is. Mike thinks maybe the BCM so I'm looking into that. He did an oil change , topped off fluids and didn't charge me for any type of diagnosis. I will be coming back for more work. Thanks Mike and Amy!

Sick truck fixed quickly
I appreciate you taking my truck in on such short notice. As you know, I work weekends using my truck. You and your wife are always so caring. That means alot. In a world where people just want to rip others off, you take the time to explain, and make it right. Thank you...and I'm sorry if I was mean. It was bad timing. Btw...I appreciated the ride back!
