Service Dept Sucks
When I first arrived at Maroone Honda, I was greeted enthusiastically by Grant. I had an 11:30 appointment and I arrived about 10 minutes early. He showed me where the waiting room was etc. After that, my loyalty to the Honda Service department has gone out the window! I was sent text messages and emails about what needed to be done. This was after it took over an hour and a half to do an oil change and the multi-point inspection. If I texted a question, the response was either slow or non existent. I did opt to have the $1300 worth of work done to save me from traveling 30 min one way to return. I was told the work would be done by 4. About 50 people have come and gone and Grant walks by me like I don’t exist - even though I asked if my car was still looking like it would be done by 4:00. After I paid, I was not told where my car was except I watched it be driven to the spot about 15 minutes prior to being told my car was ready. I wonder if the technicians did one service at a time because it did not seem that my car service was done in an efficient manner. I will be divorcing myself from Honda and their service department from now on! I used to say I have a Honda because of the service department but I cannot say that any longer. I will look for a local automotive place to take care of my car’s needs instead of wasting an entire afternoon on this very un personal service. Very disappointed! In addition, some lady was there coughing up a lung and the longer I sat there, I felt sick - headache, cough, etc. Not sure how the air quality there is...
