Norm Madison opened Advanced Tire Services and Auto Repair in 1992 with the goal of serving the downtown Sacramento community. Norm retired in 2019 and Mike Spellman, an automotive technician since 1992, took over the ownership of the shop and renamed it to Mike and Sons Automotive, Inc. in honor of his three sons.
