I needed my brakes replaced and needed it done as soon as possible. I called other shops, too. When I called Klaus at Midway, he was friendly, relaxed, and knowledgeable. I had a good conversation with my concerns being alleviated. I had the car looked at in under 20 minutes from the end of my call. Klaus provided a time and cost estimate. Both front and back pads and rotors were replaced. The car was back home in my driveway and working properly in less than 4 hours. Good work!
