attentive prompt but but expensive
I appreciate the prompt service but I think the charge for a radiator fan and coolant flush was high. That said, they're better than most car mechanics than I've been to.

I cold called to see if you were open for inspection on Father’s Day. The manager couldn’t have been more friendly on the phone and provided me directions to your new location. He was even nicer upon meeting. Couldn’t be more impressed. I live in Manhattan, but you’ll now be my spot for auto inspections/repairs/maintenance. Really really impressed with service!! Thank you!

Friendly and efficient
New car owner in NYC. Stopped by on a Friday afternoon for a inspection. There was no line. Staff was super friendly. I was done in about 20 minutes total, from the time I arrived. Reasonable price. Will be back for other services I need.

Drive-in Inspection, Friendly Service
Mike not only took my call but identified me the next day when I drove in. My inspection was speedy and professional, and Mike walked me through a visual identification of the problems he had found, and drafted an estimate on the spot. I'd definitely recommend Midtown Center for those looking for transparent and friendly auto service.

Midtown Center is the EXTRA MILE Shop
I recently had an experience at Midtown Center that started off a bit frustrating, but thanks to Mike Wildman, it turned into a completely positive one. From the moment he got involved, Mike went above and beyond to address my concerns and ensure everything was taken care of. His professionalism, patience, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive.

What stood out most was how he took the time to listen, explain the process clearly, and make sure I left as a happy customer. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making things right, and Mike did just that. If you’re looking for a shop that stands behind their work and has people who truly care, I highly recommend Midtown Center—and be sure to ask for Mike!
