The overall experience at Middleton Motors is excellent. Good communication, quality of work and friendliness is a good combination for a service company. Prices are reasonable compared to dealerships.

One of the last honest shops left.

I needed a new engine for my 2010 Silverado and Middleton motors went above and beyond from the beginning of the process to the end!!!
In my opinion, it's worth a 3-hour drive just to go visit a shop this honest!

Quick fix on broken window

My vintage F-150's driver-side window stopped working; it was supposed to rain the next day...and it did. Middleton's got me in the next day for service. The window was fixed and a needed oil change completed also. Good job too.

Wonderful communication

My car was having what appeared to be some transmission issues and when I called, Travis answered and was more than helpful. It was just after hours and he talked me through dropping off my keys in the secure drop box, etc. The business itself is situated in a well kept industrial park and as a woman I felt completely safe leaving my car there. The building itself is very well maintained and pleasant to be in.

The next day Travis and his team diagnosed the problems with my vehicle and sent me a link to where I could digitally view all of the notes and tech notes they entered into their system. Clearly stating what passed, what work needed to be done, what was recommended, etc.

As a business owner myself, I truly appreciate the efficiency and courtesy his business provides. I very highly recommend this mechanic. Travis himself was very warm and genuine, straightforward and honest. In today’s world, that’s a modern day unicorn.
