After a fast turnaround time (the only deIay was waiting for a part, and the shop called me 2x to update me on shipping status!) I went to pick up the car and found cheerful employees, a warm welcome, and a coean and comfortable waiting area. Perhaps MOST important to me is that they showed me the car, the repairs, and even held on to the destroyed tires in case I wanted to see the damage. In my 40 years driving this was the first shop that did not talk down to me - they did not assume that I would be car-dumb because I’m female. The entire experience felt like I had stepped into a movie version of a 1950’s small-town car repair shop … warm banter, friendly and respectful interactions and quick service from a team that takes pride in what they do.
