MIDAS IN Torrington
I bought my car to Midas to get an emission sticker.
I had it diagnosed and guess what, my car failed.
The Store Manager Jason Gaudet went beyond super customer service level. He had a good memory, he said he remembered my husband from last time when he brought the car in for emission test.He was extremely professional in explaining to me what I need to do to get my car to pass the emission test.
We need more people like him to service the public.

Another pleasant experience at Midas Of Torrington.
The staff here at Midas of Torrington are always Pleasant
and accommodating, and today was no exception. They
always have smiles and are extremely kind. I cannot
recommend this Midas location high enough, and I always
come out feeling better than when I went in. You cannot
beat their attention to detail and fare pricing. I'm giving them a 10 out of 10 today, which is what I always give them.

midas did a thorough analysis of my problem and assured me that you used very high quality parts.
They are prompt to fix anything wrong and strive to please the customer.

THE WHOLE TEAM IS EXCEPTION
I am so impressed by all of the professionals at Torrington Midas. This was my first time there with a muffler problem.Turns out my car had many red flag problems which I was not at all prepared for substantiated by a very through inspection and explanation by Jay. He could see the shock on my face and helped me work a step by step plan of action, financing and with my car warranty. with great care and knowledge. There was no upsale involved just horrifying facts. Everyone there was professional, kind and very caring. I really like all of the team here and as Jay knows will continue to go to Midas trustingly and with confidence of resolution due to their expertise and professionality..I strongly recommend this group to everyone.

I used the services today and was more than impressed.
The Store Manager Jason Gaudet was so accomadating
and kind, I knew immediatly I had stoped at the right place.
I will definitely will be using this location for all auto
repairs they offer. By all means, give them a try as you
won't be disappointed.
